Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery All Loom Studio products are shipped from our studio in Napier, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Loom Studio products currently in stock will be shipped within a few days of receiving your order, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. All pieces are delivered within New Zealand for a flat fee of $10, please email for a quote if you live outside of New Zealand. Please note Customers are responsible for any customs duties, GST, or taxes applicable to their location. Loom Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or customs clearances for international orders.

Warranty and Returns Please consider your purchase carefully, as we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you believe there is a fault with your product, please email us at info@loomstudio.co.nz with a detailed description and supporting images of the issue.

What’s Covered: Issues with materials, workmanship.

What’s Not Covered: Normal aging or fading of materials.

Resolution Options: We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund if the claim is valid and within warranty terms.

Image Representation Images on our website depicting the colour of products are close representations. They may differ from the real item, especially due to screen colouring/brightness. Please note that slight natural variations in texture or colour may occur due to the unique properties of wool and natural dye processes.
